Here’s what you do:
After you find a buyer (or one finds you) let them know you are working with a real estate company (Better Buy Realty) to help in the closing of your home. Let them know you are doing this so that they don’t need to hire a lawyer unless they want. Explain in Florida, real estate brokers can convey real estate paying for a lawyer is not necessary; saving them money.
When you are ready to go into contract, call us! Tell your buyer that Better Buy Realty’s broker (Jeff Sawyer) will make arrangements with them to complete all the legal paperwork. Then you:
- Call or stop by our office and speak to the Broker, Jeff Sawyer;
- Tell him you have a buyer;
- He’ll handle everything! First, he’ll vet the buyer to assure you they can purchase your home/property and if they can, provide and complete all the necessary paperwork for only 1%! No listing contract needed. You only pay if the property closes.
- He will help both parties all the way to closing;
