The Flagler Association of REALTORS® participates in MLSAdvantage, as does Better Buy Realty through our MLS. MLSAdvantage is a Florida REALTORS® cooperative search platform that allows participating MLSs to share and access available property listings with one another.
In plain terms: with a single search, REALTORS can view listings from other participating Florida MLSs, even when those listings originated outside our local MLS.
It’s Literally the MLS of All MLSs
This means a REALTOR® in another part of Florida can see property listings—including your home listed with Better Buy Realty—through the MLSAdvantage cooperative search, as long as their local MLS participates.
For example, a REALTOR® in Miami can search their local system and still find your Flagler County listing, because participating MLSs share listing data across the MLSAdvantage network. That’s powerful exposure for your home.
