The Flagler Association of Realtors (FAR) is a member of MLS Advantage, the same as BETTER BUY REALTY. As members, we agree to place all our property listings into one co-operative MLS® search engine. This enhanced MLS (aka MLS Advantage) authorizes its participants to have access to all available property listings from all participating MLSs thought the entire state of Florida - Through a single property search.
It’s Literally the MLS of All MLSs
Meaning a REALTOR® from an outside area can find property listings (including your home listed with BETTER BUY REALTY) regardless of the MLS®, which originated the listing. A Realtor® in Mamai, for example, will see your home listed (in Flagler County) with BETTER BUY REALTY! This is mighty stuff.
